Q: Can Ciao Fabry Tours help me book accommodations?
A: Yes…being a local, I have several contacts throughout Tuscany that I will be my pleasure to share.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: All cancellations must be in writing (email). Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled touring date in order to receive a full refund. Tours cancelled 5 days before its scheduled touring date will receive a partial refund of 50%. Tours cancelled 4 days or less from scheduled touring date are not refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Q: Are Tips required?
A: Tipping is optional, and we sincerely appreciate any gratuities for exceptional service.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept PayPal or cash.
Q: What is the best way for me to organize a custom tour?
A: Here is where I am the best! To tailor your perfect experience, kindly provide me with the desired locations and activities, the number of days you plan to spend in Tuscany, and the size of your group via email. Upon receiving your request, I will diligently create personalized tour options, including itineraries, timings, and pricing, to present to you for consideration. Let me create your perfect tour!
Q: I am travelling with a large group, how many people can you accommodate?
A: My standard group size accommodates up to 8 individuals; however, I am flexible and can customize arrangements to cater to larger groups of up to 24 guests if requested.
Q: What about Transfers/Pick up?
A: My tours begin from your chosen town location. Depending on your whereabouts, we can provide train transportation recommendations if applicable, or you may opt to use your own vehicle. Additionally, I can offer the convenience of arranging private driver services for a supplementary fee, accommodating one-way or round-trip needs based on your location.
Q: Do I need travel insurance?
A: For peace of mind, I always suggest travel insurance for anyone visiting a foreign country. It’s very convenient to purchase travel insurance via the web before your trip.
