A full-day journey combining towns, landscapes, wine, and local culture — guided personally by Fabrizio.
These are hands-on cooking classes in Montepulciano hosted by me, Fabrizio. Choose between an authentic Neapolitan pizza class at Lieviti Pizzeria or a homemade pasta class where we make fresh pasta and sauces together.
Perfect for couples, families, and small groups looking for a hands-on food experience in Montepulciano.
You’ll cook, eat what you’ve made, and leave with real skills—not just photos. Classes are relaxed, small-group friendly, and designed for travelers who want a genuine food experience in Tuscany.
Pizza classes last about 2.5 hours. Pasta classes last about 3 hours.
Choose Pizza if you want a lively class in a local pizzeria with a wood-fired oven. Choose Pasta if you want a slower, more personal experience making dough and sauces from scratch and sharing the meal together.
A hands-on pizza class at Lieviti Pizzeria, located in the historic center of Montepulciano. You’ll learn the dough, stretching technique, toppings, and wood-fired baking—then enjoy your own pizza with a drink.
We meet at Lieviti Pizzeria in Montepulciano, where a master pizzaiolo guides you through the full process—from dough to wood-fired oven—while I help keep everything easy and enjoyable for your group.
You’ll learn the essentials that make Neapolitan pizza special: dough texture, fermentation basics, stretching by hand, and how heat works in a traditional oven.
Then you’ll top and bake your own personal pizza and enjoy it fresh from the oven, paired with a glass of local Tuscan wine or an Italian craft beer.
