Our hands-on course covers traditional, home-style Tuscan recipes to enjoy the wonderfully intense flavor and freshness of Italian dishes cooked in an evocative stone farmhouse in the hills of the Val D’Orcia, in Tuscany, surrounded by olive groves.
The cooking classes are held in a friendly atmosphere and you have the chance to meet new people and make new friends and learn a few culinary secrets.
Participants cook and eat dishes prepared using farm fresh, organic and natural ingredients. The art of making Tuscany fresh pasta by hand is something you’ll never forget. Beside learning we will have a lot of fun, laugh and learn local stories... We are able to offer our cooking class at the spectacular Farmhouse or at an Italian Mamma’s home.
ONE-DAY CLASS INCLUDES:
- 3-hour hands-on cooking class.
- Preparation of an appetizer or dessert and one original fresh Tuscan Pasta, all using the best and freshest ingredients from local markets and garden.
- Lunch or dinner follows with the foods prepared in class. Wine not included.
